An arrest has been made following the tragic shooting incident that occurred overnight in the 24700 block of Hufsmith Kohrville Road in North Harris County, resulting in the death of 25-year-old Malcolm Wayne Lee and the arrest of 23-year-old Emily Rose Seeman (born April 25, 2002). According to deputies, law enforcement responded to reports of a shooting at the location and arrived to find Malcolm Wayne Lee unresponsive, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Emergency medical personnel transported him to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced deceased upon arrival.

While deputies were still at the scene securing the area and gathering preliminary information, they learned that a possible suspect had fled prior to their arrival, reportedly escaping through a nearby wooded area. Law enforcement immediately began coordinating efforts with several partner agencies to establish a perimeter and conduct a search for the alleged shooter.
